The High Technology Fund supports research and innovation on high technology solutions to societal challenges. The Fund was established by the Danish Government. High priority areas for funding are:
For a project to be funded by the High Technology Fund it should:
be of clearly commercial interest
constitute cooperation/interaction between at least one public research institute and one private enterprise
involve a transfer of technology between private and public players.
The Board of Directors constitutes nine members, hereof six representatives from Danish business life and three representatives from public research institutes.
